Each supported device should have:

  • Updates (up to date | Automatic )
  • Contact info for user
  • 1 antivirus software
  • Label
  • AnyDesk Remote Software Installed
  • Event Log Check (looking for Disk, Kernel Processor, or NTFS issues)
  • List of Software Used & Licenses & passwords if applcable

 

COMPANY

Each Company Should Have:

Photos of the network stack (closet) Each Item labelled 1,2,3 etc. with Tape or Labels

Network Map (Rough Drawing or Draw.io Upload)

ISP Info (U/N, P/W, account number)

Cloud Backup (If there’s a Server)

Server Info (IP, U/N, P/W)

Network Printer Info (IP)

TPOC (technical point of contact) contact info (Name, Email, Phone)
